Three forms of massages used in kalari chikitsa are: Oil massage, massage by hands and massage by feet.

Hello, good morning, good afternoon, and probably good evening. My name is Victor, and I have come to Kerala, India, in search of an answer for my unknown illness. I am here at Ishani Ayurveda Hospital, where everything is possible. I've been here for three weeks, or maybe two weeks, and the results are fantastic. I came here with chest pains and Meniere's disease, which, in the West, has no real cure. However, there is an answer here. I encourage anybody who has lost hope elsewhere to reach out to Dr. Sinu, who is a great doctor. He has helped me a lot and helps everyone here immensely. The whole place is fantastic, and they treat you so well. Every treatment is personalized. So, if you are running out of hope, know that there is hope for you.
Finally raise my blood pressure, the treatments were very intensive because they were really very energetic massages. I really felt the effect, the Chirodhara helped me a lot because I came here too, I was not very well morally, etc. Today is my departure day, I leave India conquered by this experience which makes people feel good in fact. So, I wanted to share this experience with people who want to have well-being, because you have to know that Ayurveda is very complete. You have the yoga side, meditation, the diet also very important, and that, frankly, puts you back on your feet. Our two doctors are really great, because I tell you frankly, they bent over backwards to please me, buy what I wanted, they were always listening to me, and that is really very appreciable. In addition to that, they are incredibly kind. So, honestly, I have very good memories of this treatment which happened a bit like that, because it wasn't in my plan, but I'm really not unhappy to have had this experience, to have lived this experience. Maybe more than 21 days would have been even better, but 14 days is perfect. For me, it was good, I'm leaving today, I'm good, I'm happy, everything is fine.

I came to Isan Center for three days to experience Ayurveda. I had never encountered Ayurveda before, and it was a very positive experience.
First of all, it was fascinating to learn about this holistic approach to treating the body, mind, and emotions. I came with some physical issues, including neck pain, insomnia, and a burning sensation. Remarkably, the burning sensation disappeared, which I believe was due to the amazing nutrition here. My neck pain also improved significantly.
As for insomnia, I think it might require the full 21-day program.
Overall, this experience was very beneficial for me.

Hello, my name is Sumit, and I'm 35 years old. I visited Ishani Ayurveda with concerns about my weight and acne. Following a detailed consultation with Dr. Sinu, she recommended me few therapies, weight loss, Panchakarma the body detoxification. I opted for the 14-day Panchakarma routine, which included various therapies such as massages, hot poly massage, dry powder massage, and Shirodhara. Some of these therapies were new to me, like the Shirodhara, which I found quite relaxing. I'm pleased to share that after the 14-day treatment, my weight has reduced from 105 kg to 97 kg. Hi, I'm Ingrid from the Netherlands, and I'm here at Ishani AOA. I've been here for three weeks for treatment of my back and for my total well-being, and it's been fantastic. I would highly recommend going here, even if you have no health issues. It's a good place to take a vacation because you're amidst nature with bananas, cardamom, coffee, cocoa, and many other fruits. Yes, we get three meals a day, nice food, and it's all vegetarian, I think. The food is especially what you need at that time of your life.
The treatments consist of mostly two sessions a day to help you with the problems you experience, and those problems can be very diverse. As I said before, I came for my back; I didn't even know that I had a problem with my back, but apparently, I couldn't move it anymore to all sides. Now, after only three weeks of doing yoga every day for one hour, it's gotten much better. Of course, all the massages and the use of oil, rice, milk, and all the other ingredients they added helped give me strength in my body. That's the main reason why I came here because I want to stay strong, and I'm about 50, so maybe the decline has begun, but I want to stop it, and hopefully, it will work.
Today, I'm going home, and I'm not looking forward to being my own cook and doing everything by myself. The other thing is when you're here, you'll be totally relaxed because everything's been done for you. The only thing you have to do is show up for yoga, Yoga Nidra, and the treatments, eat your food, and go for a walk. Those are your own responsibilities. Apart from that, everything has been taken care of by all the staff working here. They're always nice to us, always smiling. I would highly recommend coming here, even if you have no health problems. Actually, I would advise you to come here before you get health problems, as it's also a nice vacation. Maybe if I am silent for one sec, you can hear the sounds outside, and that's it.
